Traveller Memory — your trips, remembered
Planning the same preferences into every trip is a tax on your time. Memory keeps track so you don't have to repeat yourself.
Every trip starts with the same preamble. We don't eat pork. We prefer boutique over chain. She hates early starts. Typed into every planner, said to every local, dropped into every group chat. Memory is our quiet fix.
What Memory is
Memory is Plandora's long-term store of the things that shape how you plan. Dietary needs. Pace. Budget thresholds. Places you've already been. Travel partners and how they travel. Written once, used everywhere.
How it shows up
In your Digital Mind chat
Ask your Mind for dinner recommendations in Kyoto and Memory nudges the answer toward spots that match your constraints — without you restating them for the fifth time this month.
In the Planner
Start a new plan and Memory retrieval surfaces relevant facts as soft suggestions: 'You walked 8 km/day last Tokyo trip — want similar pacing here?' You can always override, and the AI learns from your overrides.
In shared plans
Planning for two? Memory handles group preferences too. Your kids' nap windows, your partner's heat tolerance, your parents' walking radius — the plan respects them all without anyone having to restate them.
What it doesn't do
Memory is not a tracker. It stores what you tell it, shown transparently, editable any time. Delete an item and it's gone from your next plan. We would rather be useful than comprehensive.
The deeper bet
Planning a trip is mostly re-telling the same story across fifteen tools. We built Memory so the story only gets told once.
Memory ships with the new Planner and quietly informs your Digital Mind. Open a plan and it should start feeling a little lighter.
