Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to Plandora’s Digital Mind and business automation platform.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and TBA.LABS PTE LTD (Plandora, we, us). By using the service, you confirm that you can enter into this agreement. If you use Plandora for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and organization administration

You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, and activity under your account. Organization owners and administrators may manage member access, workspace settings, content, audience records, and connected services. You are responsible for choosing appropriate permissions.

3. Customer content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit to Plandora. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and secure the service.

You must have all rights and permissions needed for the content, personal information, and instructions you provide. You must not upload confidential or regulated information unless your Plandora agreement and configuration expressly support that use.

4. Digital Minds and AI output

Digital Minds generate responses using AI and the knowledge made available to them. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and applying human judgment, especially before financial, legal, medical, employment, or other consequential decisions.

You must not present AI output as professional advice where doing so would be misleading or unlawful.

5. Audience data, leads, and messaging

If you collect audience information, import leads, or send messages through or from data in Plandora, you are responsible for required notices, consent, opt-out mechanisms, and compliance with marketing, privacy, and communications laws.

You must respect a person’s communication preferences and must not use Plandora for spam, deceptive outreach, harassment, or unlawful profiling.

6. Automations and oversight

Automations act on the rules, data, and permissions you configure. You are responsible for testing workflows, reviewing consequential actions, monitoring results, and maintaining appropriate safeguards. We may pause an automation that threatens the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the service.

7. Third-party services and connectors

Connected services are provided by third parties under their own terms. You authorize Plandora to exchange selected information with a connected service when you enable a connector. We are not responsible for a third party’s service, availability, changes, or handling of information.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • violate law, another person’s rights, or applicable platform policies;
  • generate or distribute malware, fraud, impersonation, abusive content, or unsolicited communications;
  • interfere with, reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent service security or usage limits, except where law expressly permits; or
  • build or train a competing service using unauthorized access to Plandora or other customers’ content.

9. Paid plans and service changes

Paid features, fees, usage allowances, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are described in the applicable order, checkout flow, or plan terms. Taxes may apply. We may change or discontinue features, and will provide notice where required or where a change materially affects a committed service.

10. Plandora rights and feedback

Plandora and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, designs, and documentation, excluding customer content. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable paid-plan commitments. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI output, automations, connectors, or the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any additional limits, exclusions, or negotiated commitments in an order or enterprise agreement will apply to that engagement.
